iPhone 14 Pro - Technician mode QR code scan - blurry - will not focus

Trying to scan a QR code for tech mode using my new iphone 14 pro, the camera is not focusing on the QR code, its blurry. Does not appear to be anything in the app settings wise that can be modified. iOS is QUICKLY proving itself to NOT be a good tool for IT.

Anyone seen this and been able to resolve?

  Looks like this is an iOS issue, multiple users online complaining about other 3rd party apps, same issue
