A Windows version of the Mobile Notification App is planned so that technicians that are based in a call center, NOC, or otherwise prefer to receive client requests can do so directly on their computer.

  Notifications as well as the ability to approve and deny requests have been added to the Admin Portal making the functionality that exists in the mobile apps also available on Windows desktops and MAC computers via a browser.

  How can you make Notifications on the Desktop Appear even if Edge is closed and you are not currently logged into AutoElevate?
