To those of you that commented on this feature I apologize for not allowing your comments to go through and get posted. I didn't realize that they were stuck as "pending" on this board also wasn't being notified. Another partner just brought this to my attention. :-(
We will revisit this internally and see how it can be prioritized against other features that are in the works. We definitely see the need and value of having a MAC agent but also have to weigh it against some features that might have a broader impact. We are currently organizing our 2021 development plans and already have several very significant features scheduled for release in Q1 with a major feature release and announcement which will come on 3/31/2021 so I don't anticipate that project moving forward until at least Q2 but as I said we will revisit this and further discuss internally.

We're definitely looking forward to your team revisiting this and are optimistic on it becoming a reality. 🤞
This would be a game changer in handling PAM and macOS devices in the workplace.
I know we're right on the verge of the 3/31 release but please keep us posted on any updates as it relates to this feature request. -
Good Day Todd,
It's surprising that this has been open so long, are you aware you have competition that has already filled this void?
Would it be possible to get an update as to whether this is a priority for AutoElevate? We currently have clients that we need this feature for.
In an age where companies allow both Windows and Mac devices, AutoElevate should look at a cross-platform solution or risk being left behind by their loyal clients.
Regards,
Ricci

Todd, could your team not take advantage of something such as the open source tool, Privileges? I was just looking at this and if nothing else we might make some adaptations to it and pair it with our MDM since the macOS agent has not yet been prioritized.
