General - Scheduling system for technicians receiving the notificationsAnswered
Add a scheduling system so that technicians can receive notifications based on Client and also based on Time.
So as an example:
So technician group "A" would receive alerts from clients "1,2,&3"
Technician group "B" would receive alerts from clients "4,5,&6"
Technician group "C" would receive alerts weekdays 8am - 5pm
Technician group "D" would receive alerts weekdays 5pm -8am, and all day on weekends
