Web Portal - expose agent counts on a per company basis and make available via API

Web Portal and server functionality that will maintain install count of the number of agents installed for each company and make the information available via secure API. This will provide the needed functionality for MSPs to use other billing systems to bill/invoice or track deployment counts of AE Agents.

  I would add that all data (and commands) available through the management portal should be available via the API.

  Accessing the API should require an API key, or a separate API user that doesn't require TOTP MFA, so it can be scripted.
