Ability to add a reason to an approval/denial

Hey just a small request, but it would be nice to be able to add an optional reason for an approval/deny. Either client-facing or internal. For example, if someone tries to run the Steam installer, a tech would be able to leave a note that says something along the lines of "This program is for playing games, which are not allowed on a work computer". Or maybe something like "This was approved for the whole company so we can quickly send out a communication telling users to do 'X' thing to resolve 'Y' issue"
