User Groups

Not sure if this has been covered before. Did a search but didn't see anything like it.
We have our company broken up into "Pods" and it would be be nice if there was a way to group users so that I only had to apply permissions to the group instead of to each tech.
As a second, but not as important. Would it be possible to have granular control over the user roles.

Ryan Gabbard This may be solved for you in our SSO implementation that is set to go to early access beta very soon. We have it setup where you can assign AzureAD groups/users to our predefined roles and that will automatically allow users to be created and/or reset their AE role based on what you have set in Azure. If you will not be using SSO with AzureAD, please let me know.
