AutoElevate to distinguish UAC request to identify setup.exe and block.

Hello Support team,
 
I have a query regarding UAC request, like can it identify the “Setup file” or “*setup.exe” or “*install.exe” like that to block any setup request.

Or instead, will AutoElevate distinguishes between an application or setup file? As such that AutoElevate to distinguish UAC request to identify "setup.exe" and block.

  Faraz Mohammad Yes, you can setup a Rule that targets only a file name and you can place any number of wildcard characters that you want. Set this rule to Deny and it should work as long as the filename matches. If you have more questions, please write in to support@autoelevate.com, mention this conversation and we can go from there.
