Rule "Activity" to see how frequently a rule is being applied

It would be nice to have a count of how many times a rule has been "used". So, if I put in an auto approve rule, every time someone uses that application, a counter goes up on that rule. Additionally, it would be helpful to see things like "Date last used" for rules so you know the last time a rule was hit. Lastly this would help us know when a rule is no longer applicable to a "company" and should be removed.
